Unidentified gunmen on Thursday kidnapped a teacher of Uvawuhu
Comprehensive High School Ibaa at Rumuji community in Emohua Local
Government Area of Rivers State, The Vanguard reports.
The victim, Miss Amarachi Okereke was abducted by the unknown gunmen at her home in Rumuji community. According to a source, the victim is who relocated to Rumuji from Ibaa recently is about 25 years of age.
A colleague of the victim simply identified as Anthony said she left Ibaa for Rumuji because of cult related issues in the area.
According to him she was kidnapped at gunpoint inside her apartment at Rumuji and whisked to an unknown destination.
He added that the kidnappers were yet to make contact with the victim’s family or the school.
