PLSG restates commitment to peace.

PLATEAU State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Hon. Mohammed Nazif has assured the people of Plateau State of the government’s commitment towards ensuring peace, security and good governance as one or the policy thrusts of the administration of the state.

Hon Nazif gave the assured Monday in Sallah message to the people of the state especially the Muslim Ummah in the state.

According to him “the Rescue Administration is committed towards ensuring peace, security and good governance which is one of the policy trusts of government to the good people of the state.”

He maintained that without peace in the state no festivity would have taken place, adding that the government was working hard to embrace that peace returned to the state.

He called on the citizens of the state not to relent in reporting any breach peace in any part of the state stressing that it was the responsibility of every individual to promote peace in the state and wished the Muslim Ummah a happy Sallah celebration.
